Where are you working now?

“RMIT Property Services Group”

What is your role and what activities does your role entail on a daily basis?

“Project Officer; Managing Projects up to the value of $3M.”

What was your favourite part of your degree?

“Exposure to the current industry practices.”

What do you like best about your role?

“It is exciting to work with different stakeholders on a daily basis and being able to manage the complete lifecycle of a project.”

What attracted you to your role?

“The challenges, magnitude of work and career progression.”

What is most important to you when looking for a job?

“Challenges and career progression.”

Tell us about your career journey so far.

“Enjoying every bit of my career so far, learning every day and being a part of change in RMIT’s built environment.”

Tell us about the challenges and triumphs in this industry

“Rigidness of the industry and lack of accountability of the long supply chains.”

If you could say one thing to future students looking to enter the industry – what would it be?

“Make the most of your industry exposure being provided by PCPM (RMIT School of Property, Construction and Project Management); i.e. guest lectures, study tours, site visits- build industry connects- it all helps.”
