School of Property, Construction & Project Management

International Women’s Day Event

The School of Property, Construction and Project Management (PCPM held an International Women’s Day event for the first time in 2016, entitled “Women Building Futures: Careers in Property, Construction and Project Management”. The event was open to Current Students, Alumni, Staff, Industry, High School Students, Careers Advisors and High School Staff. Despite the extreme heat and the outdoor venue – the event was a success. We would like to thank all those who attended the event, and a special thank you to those who presented at our event. We had two key speakers and a panel of our alumni who answered questions from the audience. Lunch was provided, giving opportunity for all in attendance to network and visit the program and mentoring booths. There was also a DJ providing entertainment during the lunch break.
We will be hosting the event on International Women’s Day again in 2017 so please save the date. More information will be available closer to the date. The venue for 2017 will be indoors, and climate controlled. We hope you can support the event.
